Heritage Care Aged Care Development Well Underway

Heritage Care‘s beautifully designed Aged Care development, Epping Gardens, is located on Willandra Drive, Epping. The development has been designed by Point Health Architects and built by APM Group (Aust) Pty Ltd. McMullin Property is the developer and is working closely with Heritage Care from inception to completion. Despite the winter months, work on the building site has continued to progress well and is expected to be completed around February 2018.

Epping Gardens by Heritage Care will create an important component of the community focused precinct within the business park Northpoint Enterprise Park. Epping Gardens joins the existing community focused facilities that include the Epping Medical Centre and Eclipse Child Care Centre. This leader in construction and maintenance services, Comdain Infrastructure has taken up the opportunity to extend their premises and develop a brand new head office within Stage 5 of Northpoint Enterprise Park, 40 Willandra Drive, Epping VIC 3076, adjacent to their existing location in Epping.

Eclipse Early Education Epping to open its doors at Northpoint

Eclipse Early Education has a brand new, purpose built childcare centre within the quickly progressing Stage 5 of Northpoint Enterprise Park at 6 Viewbank Court, Epping. Open from 6:30am to 6:30pm every day of the year except public holidays, the Centre has five educational rooms catering for children from six weeks to six years of age.

As leaders in childhood education, Eclipse Early Education stands by the philosophy of providing state of the art centres with nutritionally designed meals and leading educational programs. The Epping Centre boasts a fully funded kindergarten program, a natural sustainable environment and a chef who prepares nutritious meals onsite every day to be enjoyed by the children in a dining room with their friends and siblings.

Director Simone Timos has worked in childcare for 16 years, and said the aim is to make the children’s experience at the centre both educational and fun.

“Our professional, friendly staff endeavour to develop strong relationships and bonds with the children and families in their care to develop and maintain a positive partnership with the community.” Ms Timos said.

The Centre is owned and developed by the Folkestone Education Trust (ASX: FET), the largest Australian property trust investing in early learning properties within Australia and New Zealand.

With construction recently completed, after commencing in January, the centre will be open for business in December 2015.
