330 Cooper : Fitout Of Tenancy Spaces Underway

The latest development to be unveiled on Cooper Street Epping, within Northpoint Enterprise Park are the new large format retail showrooms located at 330 Cooper Street.

This development has been undertaken by McMullin Group and built by CMW Design & Construct. It includes four separate Tenancy spaces and is located adjacent other significant retailers including Bunnings, AMX Superstore, Total Tools and RSEA.

Sydney Tools and BBQs Galore have taken up leases in this development, and negotiations are advanced on the remaining Tenancy areas.

It is expected the centre will open its doors to customers in late May 2018.
