Community Precinct In Melbourne’s North Continues To Grow

The team behind Northpoint Enterprise Park has long been committed to building a Premium Business Park that includes a complimentary range of commercial and industrial businesses. Due to its central location within the region, the Northern Hospital had been located just a couple of kilometres along Cooper Street. Further along Willandra Drive Eclipse Child Care has built a brand new childcare centre and near that Heritage Care is set to open their $32 million aged care home in March 2018. To be known as Epping Gardens, this aged care home will offer state-of-the-art residential aged care services for seniors.
